In order to view the course from a Mac, you will need 3rd party software installed that can emulate the "Windows" environment. The e-course is approximately 83 Mb. This is a large file and may take some time to download. To download your copy of the Getting Strong e-course you will need to take the following steps:   1. Please "click" on any “Download your copy today” button to download your copy of the Getting Strong e-course. 2. "Save" the document to your computer. Please make sure that you download the e-course to the computer that you intend to use, as it will only be viewable on one system. 3. When you download the Getting Strong e-course (as per step #1) you will actually be downloading the "sneak peek" version, which only entitles you to view the first 20 pages. In order for you to view the full course you will need a PIN code which will unlock the rest of the e-course pages. Note: You will be able to view all "printable" pages in the e-course, but will not be able to print them. In order to "print" a copy, you will need to download the  companion workbook entitled "Getting Strong: Summary Pages & Exercises" and enter a “password”. The companion workbook is “free” with the purchase of the e- course, and can be downloaded from the “Thank you” page once payment has been received. 4. Once you have downloaded and purchased the e-course, a PIN code will be generated for you to unlock the remaining chapters. You will have to contact for a password which will unlock the free workbook. If you have problems downloading the Getting Strong e-course: Please make sure you have followed the download instructions properly. IMPORTANT: If you are running virus protection software on your computer, you may have to temporarily disable the "download protection" in order to complete this download. This does not mean you'll have to disable your "virus software"... only the "download" protection for the download process. As the Getting Strong web page may have changed since your last visit, you may need to “refresh” the page in order to clear your cache. This should clear up any error messages you may get when you try and download. The “refresh” button is usually at the right or left end of the internet browser bar, and may look like an X or a circular arrow, depending on what search engine you are using. Make sure you are using the “PIN code” to unlock the e-course and the “password” to unlock the companion workbook. Thank you so much for your patience.
